The Policy of the company in the field of a labour safety and the safety precautions is spent under the slogan:

“The safety shall not be a victim of work progress. The safety shall share the role of quality control, decreasing in expenses, work efficiency.”

The control system of a labour safety in the company is under construction on five directions:

• A formulation of policy of the enterprise on a labour safety.
• Creation of organizational structure and distribution of duties at the enterprise.
• Planning and realization of elements of a control system by a labour safety.
• An estimation and the critical analysis of productivity of work on a labour safety.
• Actions on continuous perfection.

The given directions of work allow the company to be improved constantly in business of preservation of health of the workers and performance of norms and rules on a labour safety, creations of safe conditions of works on each workplace.

In 2007 have passed examination and certification on a labour safety in certificated educational center " The Educational center POLI - S " of Moscow all heads of the company from the general director up to the master of an industrial site and the foreman.

Coordination of actions of officials, heads of works and direct executors concerning a labour safety in the company it is carried out by a protection service of work which is headed by the engineer have training special preparation and having the long experience of work.

Divisions of the company are provided by rules, norms, other materials and grants on a labour safety. In places of works there are information stands. Actions are spent to the companies on certification of constant workplaces on working conditions with the purpose of certification of the organization of works on a labour safety.

Spent actions on a labour safety promoted that from the date of the basis of the company there were no accidents and the diseases connected with labour activity of workers.
