Contracts with Clarins
FANCO Ltd and French cosmetics company Clarins have signed a series of contracts to perform the pre-construction works on the site with the total area of 650m2 located at Savvinskaya quay, Moscow.
1. Contract to perform the project works of engineering systems.
The contract stipulates working out of the working documentation on the basis of the requirements specification of the following sections:
- Heating, ventilation and conditioning;
- Power supply;
- Structured cable systems;
- Fire alarm, evacuation and intrusion control and alarm systems.
2. Contract to work out the working documentation of the access control system and to perform the installation and fit-out works of the access control system on the site.
3. Contract to perform the dismantling works.
"C-toys" - design, construction and fit-out works
FANCO Ltd has performed the design, construction and fit-out works for the С-toys company (2 floors of the big office center) located on Timiryazevskaya str., Moscow.
The total area of the completed works is 1447 м2.
In order to speed-up the construction the client asked FANCO Ltd to perform the works "at sight".
All the design, installation and the set-up works for the electrical lighting system and power equipment were performed by the Fanco’s subcontractor Unican LLC.
Green Engineering LLC has become a subcontractor to fulfill the design and installation works for the HVAC, hot water supply and cold water supply systems.
Contract with “Oriflame Cosmetics” for construction and fit-out works
FANCO Ltd and Oriflame Cosmetics have signed the contract to perform the construction and fit-out works of the new Swedish cosmetics company service center on Leningradsky prosp. in Moscow. The works on the site (on the 1st, entresol and the 2nd floors of the building) will be carried out according to the design project submitted by the client.
The total area of the works is to be 2891 m2.
FANCO Ltd has already begun the initial works and the procurement of materials.
